I just joined and become a JCard member since October. Because there are two big shopping mall opened near my area and I often shop there so I decided to pay for the RM12.00 membership fee. Since ever time JCard member can earn points for redemption when shopping, I always keep the card in my wallet. But do you know that if you forget to bring along the card you still can collect and earn your redemption points while shopping? I learn it today.
Just forward to JCard customer service counter and show them your identity card and their staffs will give you a identification slip which having your JCard details. After that you may show the slip whenever you make payment and your points will records in your membership account. It's fast and convenience. Just to inform you that the slip is valid for one day only.
