Some times I will feel that my action maybe get trouble to the company but this is not my point. I more feeling that I am helping the company to improve in good performance and customer satisfaction. I am talking about my calls to Syabas. As a consumer, whenever I found that my house getting out of water supply or even low pressure, I will call them up. They will take done my complaint and start checking the problem.
For the failure the company know, they will direct inform me that there were repairing work in progress. Else, if that is a new case, they will send their technician go for investigation and follow up by repairing works. I appreciated that their respond is fast and I can always avoid the problem to being worst. I think this is good to me as a consumer and good to the company as well.
