One of my colleagues told me that there is a promotion going on where we only need to pay a flat rate of RM10 for the local fixed line internet subscribers. With the new offer, we are able to make free and unlimited local and national phone calls to the fixed lines under the same provider. Besides, we will be charged a flat rate of 30 cents per minute when call to any mobile numbers.

I am paying the monthly rental charges for a fixed phone line which I am not using it once a month. I only use it for internet purpose. That is truly a waste for me. Some more as everyone know, the speed is not as what we expected most of the time. Although the new offer is very interesting rate for me but I not dare to take any action yet because the service provider is having well known bad records. As I searching online for the relevant information and the result is just like what I guess. It's totally disappointed.

Do you heard about Hughes Net before? I stumble upon the site and found that they are selling satellite internet packages. HUGHES NET is new to me. Their packages offering minimum from 1 Mbps of download speed. Compare the pricing with the local provider I rather go for Hughesnet if I have a chance to subscribe it. They are having promotion now which I feel the price is reasonable. I do believe internet satellite is more stable than our local fixed line internet service provider.

I just can't wait to share you all this video. I will definitely have a try on it when I get flu. This is a simple and easy way to be prepared. I have friends told me that they having leaked of talking points with their parent even some of them are staying together with their parent. They claim that they are busy with their works and no time to accompany their parent. Even thought weekend they will prefer go out with friends and this become reason why they seldom have chances to talk with their parent. And when days go one, a gap between parent and kids are getting bigger and bigger.

2. When drink at water machine or coffee machine at office, use own cup instead of paper cups.
3. Use recycle begs rather than request plastic begs
4. Keep all used clothes, newspaper, boxes and send to recycle center
5. Use unwanted plastic bottle as vase at my home


These are my habits and my actions to love our earth. Not new ideas and all seems like not a big deal but I believe these are the little action which anyone may followed!

Retirement Plan

Have you ever plan for your retirement? I didn't actually consider about it as I believe I will never quit working. I just can not stand to continue living without having any income. But will this mean that I no need to think and consider about retirement plan? As my age is getting higher, I know this is the realistic issue that I can not escape.

If I can enjoy my life until the age of 80 then I will have another 40+ years to go. With another 40 years of working, probably I can survive but what about if I have no good health? This is what I am concern now. Retirement means enjoy life with financial freedom. I do wish I can achieve that level where I can have no worry of no working and no income. I just can not imagine when the day I am old enough with weak body and no money to support the rest of my life.

I stumble upon and found that they are some financial solutions of social security services for seniors. I think this is the benefits that every one needs to know about. We can not just wait for what will happen to us but we need to well prepared and get a best solution so that our life and goes on smoother.

For me, a thirty plus working women, all I need to do is keep up savings and savings. Retirement plan is not a difficult task as long as I ready to take the challenge and make it as a true.

Fear of Driving

I am not a good driver. Honestly, I don't even want to drive if I have chance. I do wish I can have a driver to take me anywhere I like even to my work place everyday if I am affordable to hire one. I think only those racers will ignore to have a drive to take their cars. :P

Why I am not a good driver? Because I always lose my direction whenever driving. New roads or new destination will be my nightmares. I think I have such a weakness is because I always depends on my hubby. Yes, hubby is my dearest driver who will never request for pay. LOL

Whenever go out, hubby will be the one who drive. I didn't have good sense of direction even though I been to the same place again and again. So I will always feel lose whenever I need to drive myself without a passage with me. Of course the passages don't know the roads and direction, I will be more nervous! :P

Do you believe that I can take rounds and rounds in a shopping mall car park even though I saw the Exit Sign show me the way out? This is a joke that make my hubby laugh at me every time when I asked him a new direction or a new destination way. Since the days, I pay more attention when I saw Exit Signs in a building. :P

Wedding Invitations

My sis had taken and selected her wedding photos. She is now waiting for the final album outcome. What is the next?

From the day she decided her wedding date, she started for her preparation happily. She spends most of her off work days just to check on wedding packages. She takes more than a month to choose the bridal house. Both of them are satisfied with photographs taken recently. In the meantime they waiting for the photo album, they are now looking for wedding dinner hotel and wedding stationery now.

Before go for hotel and wedding invitations cards selective. We all need to know how many guests we are going to invite. So, we come out the guest list. This is the headache one actually. Because this is not only the wedding couple decision but it is about two family decisions. Some more the planning have to meet the wedding couple budget as well.

My sis wishes to find outlets which offering cheap wedding invitations packages. She claims that the wedding planning budget can be as low as possible. This is because later she can spend as much as she likes on their honeymoon trip. LOL

Unlike those pre-printed designs, you can personally design and print your own cards at your own favorite. You can select the type of cards and the envelopes quality at your own taste. The best is, that will be the unique cards that I am sure every one will keep it as a collection. I am going to propose her this great idea. Penang International Dragon Boat Festival

I heard this event before but I never thought that this is the 30th anniversary of Penang International Dragon Boat Festival. The event will be held on 23th and 24th May 2009 at Teluk Bahang Dam, Penang.

Hubby decided to go and take photos on the event dates but I am more interesting with the Penang's foods. What will be the priority to pack into luggage? I am sure every one will wish hard two of the days will be sunny day. Sun Blocks is needed! :P

Do not Waste your Time

How much time you spend for your entertainment a month? Do you ever think that you need so much of time to waste on? Of course you have your rights to rest and relax. I found a very nice coloring website for my two little princesses. It's a save if I can draw pictures to my two little princesses for coloring but too bad I am no good in drawing. Every time I draw, hubby will laugh at me. In order to not spoil my princesses drawing skill, I need to good and search for those excellent drawings for them. Silly Question Again

This is my question every time I go for events or talk show or meeting or classes or whatever functions. Which row will you sit at?

I found that most people prefer sit at behind rather than sit in front near the stages. For sure those chairs at first and second row will remind empty. Of course I am not mentioned about those reserved VIP seats but however it will be the same happened to those seats behind the VIP seats.

I like to sit in front. Some time even wish that I can sit on one of those VIP seats. :P I think this probably because of my short body. Besides, I do wish to fully concentrate to the events happening. The third reason is, to fulfill the front seats is a respect to the event organizers. Don't you agree with me?

Oversea Traveling Plan

I better started searching for Adults Only All Inclusive Resort as hubby already make noise that we already so0 long didn't enjoy oversea vacation for just only two of us.

I just don't understand that why hubby wish to plan a trip just for two of us. If possible, I still prefer traveling overseas with my two little princesses. They are more independent now compare to before. Bring them together should not be a big problem. The big issue to be concern is the money matter. The cost of traveling definitely will be double up is my two princesses go together with us. This is the main reason why our oversea vacation plan keeps on delaying. :P

IRB Deadlines

I am sure this is a useful info for all of you no matter you are an individual tax payer or you are a businessman. Just found the link from IRB which listed all the due date of required forms submission.

As a individual tax payer, I fully aware of the form BE submission will be due at this month end. I am already half way in the preparation. Hopefully I manage to successfully submit via efilling this year.

Follow the Rules

I just make up my decision to reject two offers. I know it's not an easy task to get another one or two is ever harder good offers from the same company but I still decided to reject it. I grab it for so hard but I let go it easily because there is a clear term stated that I am not the one they want. Since this is what they required I need to follow. This is the game procedure. I need not waste my time to do it just for trying my luck. I rather follow the rules and save my energy and waiting for another chance to grab better offers.

My brother called me yesterday about his plan to invest in share market. He told me that his has friends who active in share market and they are getting quite interested returns even in this critical period. I already told him at the earlier stage about the advantage and disadvantage of high risk investment. After consideration, he decided to have a try.

He is planning to sign up and getting to an options express account. This is what his friend's suggestion. Since I have no experience with that I didn't give any comment. Previously I am a person who take people's joke too much to heart. I am the kind of no sense of humor. I only realize this when one of my ex-colleagues worked with me at my first job warned me about my terrible attitude.

I do agree good sense of humor is one of the ways to improve communication skill. With that we may have a happy and relaxing condition with each others.

I tried to change myself and I always remind myself to be more humor. Collecting jokes is one of the ways to motivate myself. Here is a funny one which I like to share with you all. Have a good laugh!

Three Ladies in the Sauna

Three women, two younger, and one senior citizen, were sitting naked in a sauna. suddenly there was a beeping sound. the young woman pressed her forearm and the beep stopped. the others looked at her questioningly. 'that was my pager,' she said. i have a microchip under the skin of my arm.

A few minutes later, a phone rang. the second young woman lifted her palm to her ear. when she finished, she explained, 'that was my mobile phone. i have a microchip in my hand.'

The older woman felt very low -tech. not to be out done, she decided she had to do something just as impressive. she stepped out of the sauna and went to the bathroom. she returned with a piece of toilet paper hanging from her rear end. The others raised their eyebrows and stared at her..the older woman finally said.........well, will you look at that....I'm getting a fax!!

My Wish

Since the day hubby getting invitation to attend the prize giving ceremony for the photography competition held in US, I am dreaming one day I can visit to US. This year the organizer is having their 3rd photography contest. Hubby told me that he will participate again this year. The result will be out some where in September this year. I do wish that he can be one of the winners and getting the same invitation from the organizer. If so, then my dream of vacation to US may come true.

As I told you before, we not manage to attend the event is because we are insufficient of fund for traveling. I am cutting down all my unnecessary expenses and saving now so to have a successful trip. I just don’t wan to lose the chances again if that is really happened to us the second time.

On and off I am gathering info so that I can be well prepared to visit US anytime. From air flights, hotel and accommodations, transport and restaurants, and traveling points of course, I do wish I will not miss any that I am in needed when the day come. Those companies provided promotion and discounted prices, convenient, economical, door-to-door car service Laguardia Airport will be in my priority list.

I need to be well prepared. Next is to pray hard. Hopefully hubby can be the big prize winner this year!

Just read about these news. I am so shock actually because this is one of my favorite nuts. This is one of the nuts that we will surely buy to serve guests especially during Chinese New Year. At first I thought this is imported from China but after clarified then only aware that local market are imported pistachio from US

This is terrible. After poison milk & poison nuts, what else next? Every thing in market seems like not safety now. How to classify which is safe to consume and which is not? I am sure every one is feeling unsecure. What can we do to avoid all this? Any thing our government can do for us?

Wish hard all the foods suppliers can take the initiative to make sure the qualities of their products are under safe and edible control. This is about moral issue. Isn't it?
