Amber Gave Birth to a Baby Boy

Congratulation to Malaysia Supermodel Amber Chia for being first-time mum!This is the 4th great News in month of Sep'2010.

Surprisingly Amber shared with all of us her photos from her hospital bed. She shows us her real face without a little touch up of makeup. But still, she looks beautiful. It's hard to believe she just gave birth as I don't see any pregnant fat on her. :P

I do wish to take this opportunity to congrats another three friends who also gave birth in month of September 2010. Confidently all of them are welcome their baby boy! This month is full of joy!

Credit

With no surprise, my credit card outstanding now is almost hit the credit limit. I choose to pay in advance for the chiropractic adjustment package so that I can enjoy 10+1 adjustments. Then old debts not manage to fully settled, make me facing the situation of high credit now.

I am wondering what the weigh I can get if the money all invests into gold bullion. How great if I can spent those money for investment rather than paying for the adjustment cost. Now I can't even save a single extra cent in my pocket. :'(

I am requesting to see my chiropractor once a week or twice weekly later on. Perhaps I can safe on this and the paid package can be used longer period.

Cheque Alteration

Perhaps it is not too late to discover this issue. I wish to share this info in case you are outdated like me. :P

We get a cheque returned from bank and the bank officer informed us that all alteration on cheque will be rejected.

Well, we do aware that all the way. Previously amendment with counter sign of authorized signature is acceptable but that was happened long time ago.

Do you aware that the alteration is included front and back of a cheque?

My colleague done an alteration due to wrongly fill up the company account at the back of the cheque received. Due to this reason, the cheque was returned.

So, for those who deals with cheque. Make sure you receive a cheque is valid on date; good and correct in writing of your / your company name; amount in writing and in digit. Besides, before you sent the cheque to your bank's cheque machine, make sure you carefully write down your bank account, account name and contact number at the back of the cheque without error.

Primary School Website

I am surprise to see my elder princess school website. She asked and gets my permission to visit the site often. Actually her teacher is encouraging all students online. The information is update and on time. It seems like a group of teachers are doing their best to maintain the web.

I will visit the web at least once a week. I love to know the happening of the school's activities. Although my elder princess did shared with the activities that she involve, but it is great to see those in photos and in report form.

More over, it makes me feel I am still one of the students of the school. :P

Medical Leave Appeal

I did plan to submit my appeal to deduct half day medical leave. But I have not sent my request out until today.

This is the third month I continue my chiropractic adjustment. I am no idea how many adjustment I still need to get rid of the pain. I am getting better and better now but I know it is still far from fully recovery.

I am worry how the HR manager or my boss will think of me if I submit my appeal. Anywhere, I will still want to try my luck. I wish to save as much as leave I can so that I can use for my follow up adjustment. I just wish I will not need to apply unpaid leave for the adjustments...

Small Investment

I never dream to own numbers of gold bar which I need to spend on the bank's vault storage fees. I don't think I afford that at this moment. But definitely I will buy at least a small one for myself.

People said buy gold in bulk can get cheaper price. But for a beginner like me, I prefer to buy one small size. I do aware that I will need to consider the insurance and delivery cost if I wish to keep it myself. But I don't mind to pay the extra. As long as I can hold it and test the hardness. :P

Of course, if I ready to treat one day, I will prefer deal with United States Gold Bureau which having over 100 years of combined experience of their experts the valid investment company that I can trust.

Apology

If apology is the way you want to make you get off angry. I apology for the mistake we had done.

When one get angry, we can not continue argue and discuss the wrong as that was already happened. No one likes to get thing done wrongly. No point to continue blames the wrong. I rather spend my time to rectify the error and move forward.

If you still angry after my apology, tell me directly what you want or what to do to ease your wroth. I already told you I am wiling to talk to you face to face but you rejected. What is the point of rumor?

Trouble

I always feel no confident when dealing people with English. I am no good in speaking as well as writing English.

Even thought my aim to blog in English is to improve my English, but it seems like my picking up progress is very slow.

I get myself into trouble with my bad English writing skill recently.

Learned from the mistake! I must work harder to improve my English no matter in writing or speaking!

Hookah

When the first time I discovered hookah pipes in one of my company's retail outlets, I am wondering how come the restaurant is selling art item besides food and beverage at the same time. Later after one of my colleagues explanation then only I realize that is actually hookah tobacco. It is a different fun of smoke which is more and more popular in our country. Some more it is selling online and we can get it at cheap price. I am shame to myself who is not updated enough. :P

Do you know caviar is a tasty meal with hookah? I am sure people who love hookah will know this open secret. This is some thing new to me. I love caviar as well but not tobacco. Anywhere, I will not refuse to have one hookah pipe in my home as one of my decorative items. I love the colorful and the hookah pipes designs. It is just nice like an art decorative item.

Short Term English Course

It is a very good motivation to our company employees since the management is wiling to pay the three months short term English course for them. I do wish I can be one of them who can enjoy the same benefit.

The terms and condition to all employees who enjoy the free course benefit included:

1. The employee is not allow to tender within three months. If so, the employee need to pay back the course fee.

2. Any employee who absent for 3 classes will need to pay half of the course fee.

I decided not to join the English because one of the class scheduled on every Thursday which I will need to attend class with my two little princesses. Perhaps our company will offer the same benefit to next round enrollment.

Foreign Income

Malaysia currency is going stronger. I keep checking the exchange rate recently and it seems like I have no way to enjoy the rate one or half year before with the recent strong performance. This should be a good sign, right?

I do believe many businessmen are happy to see this situation continue and bring them better results of profit margin. But I just can not be disappointed because I can no longer enjoy better exchange rate from my foreign income.

Shall I invest my foreign money in bullion? Since I can not get good exchange rate, I am thinking whether spending my foreign currency to investment in gold would be an ideal way to gain better profit. I have to spend some time to keep track the gold market from now onwards before I make my decision.

Previously I will feel confuse whether I should publish comments from others in the comments moderation list because I would never know which is the post they comment of.

Some comments are so general and I have no idea why my blog visitors leave me their thoughts because I can not even link it to my post topics. Too many posts I had wrote since I started my blog. How am I going to remember all the topics that I had wrote before? :P

Now with the new enhancement, I can know the new comments from my blog visitor is for which particular post published. Even though I had forgotten what I had discussed in that particular post, I can check back with just a click on the short cut given.

Bad Cycle

I can not ignore this email. I would say I believe the statement of this email is correct. I feel very bad very time when entering into my car especially when the car parked under the sun.

Car Air-conditioning - MUST READ!!

No wonder more folks are dying from cancer than ever before. We wonder where this stuff comes from but here is an example that explains a lot of the cancer causing incidents. Hmmm. Many people are in their cars first thing in the morning and the last thing at night, 7 days a week. As I read this, it makes me feel guilty and ill. Please pass this on to as many people as possible. Guess its not too late to make some changes

Please do NOT turn on A/C as soon as you enter the car.

Open the windows after you enter your car and turn ON the AC after a couple of minutes.

Here's why:

According to a research, the car dashboard, sofa, air freshener emit Benzene, a Cancer causing toxin
(carcinogen - take time to observe the smell of heated plastic in your car).

In addition to causing cancer, Benzene poisons your bones, causes anemia and reduces white blood cells.
Prolonged exposure will cause Leukemia, increasing the risk of cancer.
Can also cause miscarriage.

Acceptable Benzene level indoors is 50m g per sq.ft. A car parked indoors with windows closed will contain 400-800 mg of Benzene.

If parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level.

People who get into the car, keeping windows closed will inevitably inhale, in quick succession, excessive amounts of the toxin.

Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidney and liver.. What's worse, it is extremely difficult for your body to expel this toxic stuff.

Air was polluted because the car usage is increased. Not much people will chance their lifestyle by using public transport. (Sorry, I am one of them. Public transport facilities in no good here...)

Car manufactures production are high in demand. This is reasonable (?) because if no production, there might be more people unemployed...

Where is the Styrofoam boxes and plastic bags manufactures? Every one knows these stuffs are harmful to our mother earth but no one or even government is taken action to stop their production...

This is a very bad cycle!
