Standard One online registartion need to be done before parent proceed to register at their preferred primary school. The intake is open from every year March.
My experience, the soonest you register, your kid will be arranged in the class in front. At my time I was registered nearly the end of March, my girl now is studying in class no. 7. :p
The online registration is simple and easy. The only hassle is you need to have a printer to print out the application form.
