Let's see which floor I should go for. Beach Club Tower One has 44 floors, Beach Club Tower Two has 51 floors and Beach Club Tower Three has 44 floors. Oh my, the top floor is really too high for me. I think I will stick to the middle, 30th floor is my choice. How about your choice?

My friend Lisa emails me her new condo in Phoenix photos yesterday. She will move in their new house by next week. She saw her dream house from an online Phoenix Condos real estate company. The site is plain and straight forward. One page contain of one article. It is clear and it is readable. This is my first time saw a site having just information wording without any graphic design and advertisement on the page. I am wondering why the author not putting any profile or relevant identity to support his profession. Still, those tips and information might be the one you need. Security Management

I don't like to stay in apartment or condo. I feel that may be no secure stay in the middle of the sky. Some more, I feel unsecured even they are security guard service. From the newspaper we can know that they are so many breaks in cases due to careless of the security guards. I have no confident to trust those people who handle the security of more than 50 (maybe) in an apartment or condo lots.

I am more preferred those apartment or condo with Identity Management System. With an ID pass or house owner identity key pass, it's sound more secure. Computer will be reliable than human beings provided that the computer system running smoothly. :P

Other than that, you have to consider the monthly installment repayment amount and the terms of loan that you want to go for. Caribbean House Owner Dream

I am interesting to Caribbean for a long vacation. I wish to stay there more than 1 week. I wish I could enjoy all the activities there including whale watching, diving, kayaking, hiking, sailing.... Woo! I can not imaging how much energy I have to spend for all those activities. Yes, I am a sporty woman. I love to spend my time on all the activities rather than just lying down and relax myself. If just relaxing by no doing any things I will feel that I had not been the place before. By jump in to sea and climb on the mountain I feel that my feet and my steps are there. Shall I consider St Thomas Real Estate? Own a house there and I can spend my rest of life there. :D

Single or Double Storey

Single storey; double storey; two and a half storey or higher houses. Which one do you prefer if you have enough money to own one? What I mean here is for your own resident. I think more people will prefer at least double storey. The best would be a bungalow with 3 storeys.....

First at all, landed property we will worry about our privacy. Now a day, public security becomes worst. If you are staying in a landed house, you will worry about your family security. People will easy to know that you are in the house or you are out. Unless you have more than 3 cars, if not, no car park at your house then people will know that there will be no body in home. So, alarm is a need if you own a landed house.

Secondly, I am not sure you aware or not but this is an advice from a friend. Normally if you stay in a double storey, up stair will be master bedroom for you and your hubby or wife, and rooms for your kids. Down stair will be a small like store room or you will make it as a bedroom for your maid. When you are getting old enough, you have not enough energy to 'climb' upstair, and then you have to stay in the maid room..... So, why still prefer double storey?

It's just a little advice from a friend who experiences it. It's a realistic that you have to face one day....

I saw an advertisement in local Chinese news paper about San Diego Homes for Sale. I wonder how good the advertisement feedback is. What I mean is not every body reading newspaper especially classified ads other than for those who in needed. I think the advertiser should go for more media like television, radio and internet for the advertisement to make sure their products or services are well known. People said do not put all the eggs in a basket but you should split it out. Different media bring you different customers.

I always think that if you need a good feedback on property sale, you should refer to the real estate agent to get your property selling fast. It's a better way to let go your property because people will looking to the real estate to do the research on the properties on sales rather than direct refer to the house owner one by one.

Big house or Small House

Do you prefer a big house or a small house? Actually I think I am asking wasting my times. Most of the people prefer a big house rather than a small house. Correct?

Why I want to come out this question? It's because I have some doubt here. We have to work and earn so much to own a house. Bigger is the better. Most people prefer a big size of apartment or even a bungalow. All right, you can afford, you can own it. The question is about the housekeeping. I am a working wife. A small house with small space I can handle very well on the house keeping. When comes to a big area, it will be a bit hard to keep track of every inch of the house. You will say that you can employ a maid or house cleaner to handle the house cleaning for you. It's fine. This will comes to the same question, we have to work and earn much more to pay for our house keeping as well....
