Consumer Right

Some times I will feel that my action maybe get trouble to the company but this is not my point. I more feeling that I am helping the company to improve in good performance and customer satisfaction. I am talking about my calls to Syabas. As a consumer, whenever I found that my house getting out of water supply or even low pressure, I will call them up. They will take done my complaint and start checking the problem.

For the failure the company know, they will direct inform me that there were repairing work in progress. Else, if that is a new case, they will send their technician go for investigation and follow up by repairing works. I appreciated that their respond is fast and I can always avoid the problem to being worst. I think this is good to me as a consumer and good to the company as well.

Call for Helps

Whenever the water supply comes out slow or has been cut, I will directly make a phone call and refer to my local water supply company, Puspel. Their customer service teams more efficient now compare to before. If this is a new case, they will pass the case to their investigation teams. If the case already well knows, they will directly let me know the problem occrual and let me know the estimated water supply recovery time. Most of the time water supply will back to normal before their estimated time for my area.

Furthermore, they did record my complaint. At the very first time they take down my contact, and the following times whenever I refer back to my telephone number, they system direct trace back my name (the house owner/the user) and my address.

If you are in the shortage of water during the water cut period, please call them up and make a requirement of water delivery arrangement by their water tanker team. Once you make your requirement, the water tankers will arrival right in front your house. Sorry that the customer service teams can not confirm to you when will be the exact time water tanker will be there for you but if you do reserve for it, they will arrange for you.
