TNB Change of Tenancy Application

I get this list from TNB when the time I go with my father to close TNB account. Here is the list of documentation you should prepare for the change of tenancy / change name application: -

1. A copy of Sales & Purchase Agreement or the premise title
2. A copy of Tenancy Agreement (If the premises is rented)
3. A copy of Certificate of Fitness (If quarters)
4. A copy of the account owner Identity Card (With front and back copy)
5. RM10.00 Duty Stamp
6. Form 49, Form 9 and Company Chop (If register under company name)
7. Addition of Particulars Form (Must attached with a copy of Identity Card)
8. A copy of previous TNB bill for the premises or next door TNB bill
9. Deposit
10. RM3.00 for the processing fees

* The new deposit is same with the existing TNB bill deposit amount.
** Remember to purchase the duty stamp from Pos Office before you go to TNB for the application.
